Key Responsibilities:
• Interpret Design Briefs: Collaborate with salespersons andclients to fully understand their vision and needs. Develop and refine artworkconcepts that align with their requirements.
• Create Artwork: Utilize industry-leading design software (such asAdobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, AutoCAD, Flexi, Corel Draw) to craftdetailed signage shop drawings and structures.
• Prepare and Finalize Artwork: Ensure artwork is prepared to thehighest standards for production and printing.
• Coordinate Production: Work closely with the production team toensure that the final product matches the artwork specifications.
• Conduct Quality Checks: Oversee the production process andperform thorough quality checks on final products to ensure they meet clientspecifications and expectations.
• Manage Projects: Juggle multiple projects effectively whilemeeting deadlines, ensuring top-notch design quality and precision.
• Collaborate with Teams: Engage with marketing, sales, and productdevelopment teams to maintain a unified brand message and ensure cohesivedesign integration.
• Incorporate Feedback: Be responsive to feedback and revisions torefine and perfect designs, meeting or exceeding client expectations.

Job Requirements:
• Educational Background: A recognized diploma or degree in GraphicDesign is preferred and will be considered advantageous.
• Experience: Proven experience as a Graphic Designer in thesignage industry is highly desirable.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in key design software such asAdobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, AutoCAD, Flexi, and Corel Draw.
• Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication skillsand the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail with the abilityto deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
• Creativity & Problem-Solving: Demonstrated creative thinkingand problem-solving skills to develop innovative design solutions.
