SLI Studio is seeking an experienced and design-driven Senior Interior Designer to join our growing team. This is a key role for a seasoned professional passionate about crafting refined, high-end residential interiors and enjoys working closely with the Creative Director to bring thoughtful, sophisticated spaces to life.

What You'll Do

• Work in close collaboration with the Creative Director
• Lead and develop interior design concepts from initial vision through completion
• Oversee multiple high-end residential projects across all design phases
• Create strong design narratives through concepts, mood boards, material selections, and spatial layouts
• Liaise confidently with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and requirements
• Manage the design process, including project scope, schedule, and budget
• Collaborate & coordinate closely with consultants, suppliers, and contractors
• Propose creative, well-resolved design solutions that align with SLI Studio's aesthetic and quality standards
• Prepare design documentation and ensure timely delivery of project milestones

What You'll Bring

• Degree in Interior Design or Architecture
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in high-end residential interior design within Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, Canada and/or the USA.
• Strong design flair and vision with a keen eye for detail, proportion, and materiality
• Ability to work independently while contributing positively within a collaborative studio environment
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills
• High level of accountability, organisation, and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
