Responsibilities
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Collaborate in conceptualizing and designing projects to meet client and supervisor expectations
- Develop designs, concepts, and sample layouts applying layout principles and aesthetic design concepts to enhance visual communication
- Determine size and arrangement of illustrative materials and copy, selecting appropriate style and size of type to optimize design impact
- Review final layouts and recommend improvements to ensure quality and effectiveness
- Prepare illustrations or rough sketches, engage with clients or supervisors for feedback, and implement necessary revisions
- Utilize computer software to generate new images that align with project requirements and creative direction
- Manage workload independently and deliver high-quality designs within tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrate initiative and collaborate effectively within a team to support project goals
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Graphic or Visual Communications Design
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign software in a PC environment
- Strong IT skills to efficiently operate design software and tools
- Meticulous attention to detail in artwork and layout execution
- Positive attitude and resilience to work under pressure while maintaining quality standards
- Ability to work autonomously and contribute proactively in a dynamic team setting
