We are looking for a senior, game-industry-experienced Motion Graphics Designer to join our Singapore team. In this role, you will take a leading position in bringing game worlds to life through high-impact visual content - from gameplay trailers to major marketing assets - combining strong storytelling, refined visual rhythm, and technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creation of high-quality gameplay trailers using in-game footage, with strong control over pacing, emotion, and narrative flow
• Produce version update and promotional videos that resonate with players and align with game release cycles
• Support and contribute to basic live-action shoots, including filming setup, lighting, color grading, and creative direction
• Design polished motion graphics and kinetic typography with strong fundamentals in composition, animation, and visual hierarchy
• Continuously refine production workflows and explore AI-assisted tools to enhance creative efficiency and output quality
• Collaborate closely with game art, publishing, marketing, and live operations teams to ensure visual content aligns with brand identity and product goals

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in motion design, video editing, or multimedia production
• Prior experience in a game studio or game-focused creative team is strongly preferred
• Strong sense of timing, music, and visual storytelling; able to independently deliver senior-level work
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and related motion design tools
• Solid understanding of filming techniques, lighting, and color correction
• Strong foundation in typography, animation principles, and visual composition
• Passionate about gaming, familiar with player communities, content trends, and game marketing rhythms
• Curious, open-minded, and motivated to explore new creative technologies, including AI-enabled tools

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly salary: SGD 7,000 - 8,000, commensurate with experience
• Minimum 15 months' annual salary
• Senior candidates with strong game titles and portfolios may be considered at a higher level
