Responsibilies:

1. To be the Project Manager or Project Director on respective projectsassigned by supervisor.
2. To lead in urban planning / urbandesign conceptualisation and oversee development with the junior urban planners/ urban designers
3. To oversee technical resolution and production of technical drawings.
4. To manage the planning / design report and presentation for projects.
5. To manage design deliverables and construction lifecycle of multiple projects.
6. To lead in coordination work with client, vendors and consultants for multiple projects.
7. To represent the team at all official project meetings for presentation of design, coordination works with other consultants.

Business Development

1. To participate in business development efforts such as preparation of materials and presentations.

Supervision / Reporting Structure

1. To report to the supervisor on status of projects, progress of work and obtain direction.
2. To mentor and oversee junior members of the team.

Requirements :

• Degree in Urban Planning, Urban Design, Architecture or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in urban planning, development planning, or related fields.
• Proven track record in leading large-scale planning or development projects.
• Strong knowledge of planning policies, regulatory frameworks, and industry best practices.
• Excellent analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders.
• Leadership experience with team management or supervisory responsibilities is preferred.
• Proficiency in Vietnamese or Hindi is an advantage.
