Job Responsibilities:
Job Requirements:
- Design space planning, conceptual to schematics design through project completion
- Develop design concepts and prepare with project team for tenders and construction
- CAD or manual drafting of sketch drawings
- Liaising with consultants on matters of design & technical co-ordination issues and building regulations
- Conducting site inspections and site meeting on matters of design & technical co-ordination issues and building regulations
- Directing the architectural coordinator in the coordination, organisation & preparation of construction documents and drawings
- Prepare various documents, including letters, meeting minutes, and contract administration documents
- Develop material specifications, schedule of finishes, and furniture, fittings, and equipment (FF&E) selections and specifications
- Liaising with suppliers & contractors
- Checking design, submission of consultants & contractors shops drawings
Job Requirements:
- Relevant diploma or degree in interior design.
- More than 3 years of working experience in residential, hospitality and commercial projects is preferred
- Ability to conceptualize, draw, detail, and create presentation drawings
- Experience in specifying materials and documenting projects for tender
- Equipped with site experience to manage and coordinate Architectural/ID works, ensuring timely project completion
- Proficient in CAD, Sketchup, Photoshop and 3D Rendering Software
