Job Description
Job Requirements
- Assist the Senior Architect in his/her duties
- Collaborate with the design team to develop conceptual designs, presentations, and design development documents
- Prepare architectural plans, elevations, sections, and details using REVIT
- Conduct research on materials, construction techniques, and relevant building codes
- Participate in client meetings and presentations to understand project goals and requirements
- Prepare and update tender documentation and construction drawings
- Attend site visits and resolve site-related architectural issues
- Liaise with authorities to obtain necessary statutory approvals
- Stay up to date with industry trends, materials, technologies, and architectural best practices
- Engage in ongoing professional development and support the pursuit of architectural licensure
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Prepare Feasibility Studies/ EOI/ Architectural Competitions as and when required
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum 4 years of relevant architectural experience
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit & BIM, Sketchup, Lumion, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, building systems, and construction processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
