Job Summary

To responsible for interior design work for sales galleries and show flats/ show house, including concept design, space planning, 3D visuals, construction drawings, and FF&E selection for projects in Singapore.

General Duties

• Design interiors for show flats, residential, and hospitality projects
• Develop creative design concepts and space planning solutions
• Produce 3D SketchUp renderings and design presentations
• Prepare construction and tender drawings
• Select and specify furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E)
• Resolve technical issues while maintaining design intent
• Coordinate with consultants and project teams
• Manage project budgets and timelines

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience (salary based on experience)
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, Photoshop, and MS PowerPoint
• Good communication and presentation skills
