BuildBuilt's Interior Designers are experimental, creative and enthusiastic. Collaboratively with BuildBuilt's Project Manager, They will take their client's hand and lead them through the project, from start to finish.

Interior Designers should have a broad understanding of color, materials and a confident understanding of space. At the same time, a keen eye for details.

Through relational design, Interior Designers create spaces that are sensible and aesthetically pleasing for their clients.

Interior Designers, through their own unique abilities, and BB's processes, collaborate with homeowners/business owners to design their dream spaces. Interior Designers form relationships with homeowners/business owners to understand their design brief thoroughly, and embed them the design. They must do this with a respectful understanding of the projects constraints as well- authority, timeline, quality and budget.

Communicating ideas with clarity is crucial for the Interior Designers to elevate the client's design and planning experience.

OBJECTIVES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• able to model 3D visuals with SketchUp, Enscape and draft with AutoCad
• able to problem solve with practical solutions/design during the construction phase
