Responsibilities
Requirements
- Prepare design Concept sketches, space planning, design development, specification and detailing
- Select and source materials, furnishings, lighting fixtures, and accessories that enhance the overall design concept.
- Develop layout plans and 3D perspectives for presentation and proposal
- Present design proposals and concepts to clients, incorporating their feedback and making revisions as necessary.
- Good interpersonal skills and have an eye for details
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- Any other ad hoc duties
Requirements
- Candidate must processes at least Nitec/Diploma in design or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of relevant industry experience/ Entry level are welcome
- Proficient in 3D Max, AutoCad and Photoshop
- Good working attitude, self-motivated, creative, responsible, independent and willing to learn
- Able to multi-task, adapt and quick on feet to handle challenges to work with tight deadlines.
