We are a newly established Singapore-based AI hardware technology company, with global operations in Hong Kong and Mainland China.

Our client's team is building next-generation AI-enabled consumer and industrial hardware products, integrating hardware, software, and intelligent systems into cohesive, user-centric experiences. We operate with a cross-border, fast-moving startup culture, combining deep engineering capabilities with strong product and design ambition.

This is an opportunity to join early, work closely with the CEO and founding team, and directly shape both product experience and brand language from the ground up.

Role Overview

We are looking for a UI Designer with strong visual sensibility and graphic design skills to lead the end-to-end visual experience of our AI hardware products and their companion software platforms (App / Mini Program / PC dashboard).

You will work across hardware UI, software interfaces, and brand visuals, translating complex AI-driven functionality into intuitive, elegant, and scalable design systems.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product UI & Visual Experience

• Deeply participate in AI hardware product planning and early-stage concept development
• Conduct visual preference research and design trend analysis, aligned with hardware materials, form factors, and usage scenarios
• Define and execute a consistent, recognizable UI visual language across products
• Deliver standardized UI outputs, including design systems, components, and guidelines

2. Software Interface Design

• Design end-to-end UI solutions for:
  - Mobile Apps
  - Mini Programs
  - PC / Web-based management platforms
• Produce high-fidelity prototypes and design specifications
• Work closely with product managers, UX designers, and engineering teams to ensure high-quality execution and design feasibility
• Continuously refine UI details (icons, colors, motion, micro-interactions) to improve usability and delight

3. Brand & Graphic Design (Strong Plus)

• Support brand identity development, including logo usage, typography, and color systems
• Design marketing and brand materials such as:
  - Posters, brochures, and presentation decks
  - Online & offline advertising creatives
  - Packaging visuals
• Create visual assets for social media and digital channels (banners, campaign visuals, H5 pages, etc.)
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure brand consistency across touchpoints

Requirements

Must-Have

• Bachelor's degree or above in Design or related fields
• 1+ years of professional experience in UI / visual design
• Strong proficiency in design tools such as:
  - Figma
  - Photoshop
  - Illustrator
• Solid visual foundation with the ability to independently design:
  - UI elements
  - Icons
  - Interface layouts
• Strong understanding of:
  - User research basics
  - Interaction design workflows
  - Design-to-development collaboration processes
• Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of ownership

Nice-to-Have (Highly Valued, Not Mandatory)

• Graphic design and brand system experience
• Motion design skills (After Effects, Rive, etc.)
• Industrial design background or familiarity with hardware-software integration
• 3D modeling capability
• Strong awareness of global design trends and continuous learning mindset
