Job Summary

Reporting to the Content Lead, the Graphic Designer will be responsible in shaping the visual collaterals for the Football Association of Singapore (FAS). This includes coverage of the National Teams (Men's & Women's, from youth to senior levels), the Singapore Premier League (SPL), and other official FAS events and initiatives.

We are seeking a passionate and creative individual with a sharp eye to the latest trends, to support our design portfolio. Working closely with the Senior Graphic Designer and the content production team, the designer will assist in developing visual assets that elevate our brand, enhance fan engagement, and support campaigns across digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating design assets for football-related content, including matchday graphics, player features, posters, banners, social media posts, and event materials.

• Support the Senior Graphic Designer in delivering consistent brand visuals across all channels.

• Edit and prepare artwork for digital publishing and print production.

• Help update and maintain design templates for match previews, results, lineups, player spotlights, and sponsor integrations.

• Contribute to visual concepts for campaigns, events, and special football initiatives.

• Assist with photo editing, resizing, cropping, and basic retouching.

• Keep design files, assets, and archives organized and accessible.

• Stay updated on football design trends, fan engagement styles, andvisual storytelling within sports.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; knowledge of Canva or Figma is a bonus.

• Strong understanding of basic design principles (layout, typography, colour).

• Interest in football/sports content creation is highly preferred.

• Ability to follow direction and work closely with the various stakeholders of FAS

• Good time management, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.

• A team player with creativity, adaptability, and a proactive mindset.

• Portfolio of design work (student or personal projects accepted)

• Willingness to work outside of regular hours and on weekends and past
