We're building a next-gen team of creative, marketers and strategists to revolutionize how brands grow.

From F&B to Automotive to Beauty, we partner with some of the most recognizable brands across the Asia.

Now, we're looking for a Creative Designer to join our fast-growing team to shape the future of how brands grow.

Responsibilities:

1. Brand Visual Development

• Develop brand visual identities including logos, brand systems, and full visual identity kits.

2. Digital & Print Creative

• Design and deliver digital campaign creatives (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, XiaoHongShu, Website, etc.) including static images, motion graphics, animations, and video.
• Develop print assets such as brochures, posters, event collaterals, and outdoor displays.

3. Collaboration & Mentorship

• Partner closely with marketing, content creation to brainstorm and execute campaign & content concepts.
• Act as a creative mentor to junior designers, guiding them on design principles, attention to detail, and execution.

4. Design Trends & Quality Control

• Keep up to date with platform changes, trends, and best practices.
• Maintain design excellence across typography, layout, color theory, and branding standards.
• Oversee file management systems, ensuring projects are well-documented and easily accessible.

Requirements:

• A Strong portfolio showcasing brand identity work, digital campaign design, and creative storytelling.
• Minimum 3 years of professional design experience
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign, Premiere Pro)
• Fluency in Mandarin is required to communicate with clients and develop campaigns for Mandarin-speaking markets.
• Familiarity with digital media requirements and print production.
• Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and manage timelines efficiently.
• Client-facing experience: Comfortable handling presentations, meetings, and strategic discussions.
