As part of Lagardère Travel Retail, you'll shape visual identities across our airport stores and Marché dining concepts. This role offers creative variety, multi-brand exposure, global standards, and the opportunity to grow within a leading multinational corporation in the niche travel retail industry.

⭐ What You'll Be Doing

Visual Merchandising (Retail + Dining)

• Create and install product displays, mannequins, hotspots and décor
• Execute seasonal, promotional and thematic visual setups
• Maintain VM consistency across all outlets
• Conduct store audits and recommend improvements
• Manage VM props, décor items and display materials

Campaign Execution & Display Toolkits

• Support seasonal campaigns, launches and visual refreshes
• Prepare simple planograms and display guides
• Adapt global VM guidelines to local store formats
• Transform marketing concepts into visual experiences

Basic Graphic Support

• Create simple artwork for menus, posters and digital screens
• Coordinate with external vendors when required

Outlet Support (Light Layout Tasks)

• Assist with layout adjustments and fixture resets
• Support new store setups, openings and outlet refreshes
• Maintain VM documentation, records and photo reporting

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with Marketing, Operations, Buyers and Logistics
• Ensure VM materials arrive and are installed on time
• Support cost-efficient use of props and materials

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3 years' experience in Visual Merchandising (Retail or F&B)
• Strong aesthetic sense and hands-on execution skills
• Basic intermediate Photoshop/Illustrator proficiency
• Organised, detail-oriented, fast and practical
• Able to juggle multiple outlets and deadlines
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
