Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer with strong systems-thinking capabilities and a product-oriented mindset. This role involves leading the design of advanced 3D, geospatial, and camera-based command dashboards, shaping product behaviour, defining workflows, and delivering clear, intuitive interfaces for real-time operational use cases.

You will collaborate closely with engineering leadership, product managers, AI engineers, and subject-matterexperts to define requirements, architect design patterns, and ensure high-quality execution across all stages of the product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of comprehensive dashboards and operational interfaces for 3D digital twins, geospatial tools, real-time camera analytics systems, and agentic AI-driven workflows.
• Define workflows, user journeys, and information architecture for large-scale 3D environments, satellite imagery-enhanced visualisations, multi-camera ecosystems, and AI-assisted operational flows.
• Contribute to product strategy through user story development, acceptance criteria, and roadmap planning.
• Own the full design lifecycle, including research, workflow mapping, prototyping, usability testing, and detailed design specifications.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to assess feasibility, ensure alignment between design and implementation, and uphold high usability standards.
• Develop and maintain a scalable design system suited for high-density, mission-critical applications.
• Produce interactive prototypes to validate interactions, data flows, AI-assisted actions, and overall system behaviour.
• Conduct structured user research to understand real-world operations and guide iterative product improvements.
• Serve as an advisor during product planning and solution design discussions, especially on integrating agentic AI into operational workflows.

Requirements

• 6-10+ years of experience in UI/UX, Product Design, or Interaction Design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating complex system design (dashboards, geospatial systems, monitoring platforms, C3/C4I interfaces, analytics tools, or enterprise systems).
• Experience designing for real-time, data-intensive, or mission-critical software environments.
• Strong product-thinking capabilities including writing user stories and defining workflow logic.
• Proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools.
• Strong systems thinking with deep understanding of information hierarchy, cognitive load, and operational decision-making workflows.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers, AI teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience conducting usability testing, workflow studies, and user interviews.

Added Advantage

• Experience with defence, public safety, homeland security, GovTech, or operational intelligence systems.
• Familiarity with satellite imagery, remote sensing workflows, or geospatial analysis.
• Exposure to 3D visualisation pipelines (terrain, buildings, mesh, point clouds, satellite imagery).
• Experience with video analytics, multi-camera monitoring systems, or computer vision products.
• Understanding of frontend fundamentals (HTML/CSS/JS) for improved collaboration with developers.
• Experience building or scaling enterprise-grade design systems.
