- Location: Paya Ubi Industrial Park | Site
- Salary: $2,500 to $4,000
- Working Hours: 5.5 Days | 9am - 6pm [Mon] | 9am - 12/1pm [Sat]
Requirements:
- 1-2 years' experience in Interior/Architectural Design
- Min Diploma in design field
Roles & Responsibilities
- To do design, planning, manage the project to meet contract period and budget.
- To coordinate and attend Client & Consultant meeting and other relevant parties for confirm the design and smooth execution of the works.
- Any other works and task directed by your Superiors.
- Manage meeting with sub-contractor and supplier for design and smooth the execution of works and make sure sub-contractor and supplier complete theirs works and tasks under the agreed contract signed.
- To reply all the relevant and follow up all received email by all parties involved in the project handle and keep your superior email in the loop.
- To write in email request from or report to related parties for all information & details of the project handle by you and keep your superior email in the loop.
- To manage and make sure all sub-contractor and supplier with ensure their scope of work is under their quotation or pricing given and under our project budget.
- Propose design request by Client or Company to meet the requirement and design ased on the budget given by Client or Company.
