Overview

The Product Designer plays a key role in supporting the company's specialised services in home staging and artificial plant wall/green wall design. This role is responsible for conceptualising, planning, and developing design solutions that enhance the visual appeal, functionality, and customer experience of our projects. The designer works closely with the project, sales, and operations teams to deliver consistent, high-quality design outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Home Staging Design

• Develop design concepts, themes, and styling directions for residential and commercial staging projects.
• Create mood boards, layout plans, and visual proposals for clients.
• Select furniture, décor, colour palettes, and accessories aligned with project requirements.
• Ensure design concepts are feasible and aligned with available inventory.
• Support on-site staging execution to ensure designs are accurately implemented.

Artificial Plant Wall / Green Wall Design

• Conceptualise plant wall layouts based on client requirements and site conditions.
• Design visual representations of green wall setups (2D/3D renderings, sketches, or mock-ups).
• Select plant types, materials, and structural arrangements suitable for indoor/outdoor environments.
• Work closely with installers to ensure design accuracy and quality.
• Provide design adjustments when required based on technical or spatial constraints.

General Design & Project Support

• Prepare presentations, proposals, and visual materials for client pitches.
• Collaborate with the sales team to refine design solutions according to customer needs.
• Maintain and update design references, sample catalogues, and visual libraries.
• Conduct site visits and measurements to ensure accurate planning.
• Assist in improving design processes, aesthetic standards, and product offerings.
