This is a diverse and dynamic role suited to a graphic designer with strong visual communication skills and a passion for environmental and spatial design. You will play a key role in shaping how our studio presents and delivers environmental graphics- translating interior design concepts into compelling visual narratives within the built environment.

You'll collaborate with our project teams to create environmental graphic design (EGD), signage and wayfinding concepts, design illustrations, and pitch materials. From early concepting and imagery sourcing to refining details and visiting sites to watch your work take shape, you'll be part of the creative action from start to finish. You'll build great relationships with clients, contribute ideas, and help drive projects forward.

Alongside project work, you'll bring your creative spark to support our marketing and communications- designing polished, engaging visuals that showcase our culture, values, and campaigns. Your work will help strengthen our brand presence and keep our visual storytelling fresh, cohesive, and full of personality across every touchpoint.

Important Traits:

• Diploma or degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a graphic design role.
• Experience in the interior design, architecture, or creative industries
• Fluency in English oral and written with excellent writing skills
• Excellent communication skills
• A confident self-starter and team player
• Proven record in being able to organize, plan and prioritize and manage own time
• A people person, able to engage with a wide range of people at different levels

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with graphic and interior design teams to conceptualise and produce environmental graphics, signage, wayfinding, and spatial storytelling elements that integrate with the design of physical interior environments.
• Create visual assets for project pitches, including diagrams and infographics, high level EGD concepts and motion graphics
• Design and develop branded materials for both internal and client-facing use, including presentations, capability statements, proposals, and reports ensuring design consistency across brand applications, channels and touchpoints.
