About Us

Absolute Kinetics Consultancy is a leading provider of Workplace Safety & Health training, consultancy, and corporate development services. We are expanding our creative team and are looking for a skilled Graphic Designer to support our marketing, branding, and promotional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop a wide range of creative materials including:
  • Brochures, catalogues, flyers, posters, banners
  • Corporate merchandise designs
  • Digital and print advertisements
  • Graphics for social media, website, EDMs, and presentations
• Conceptualise and execute creative ideas based on marketing requirements.
• Ensure all artwork adheres to corporate branding guidelines.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Training, and Corporate Communications teams to support campaigns and promotions.
• Prepare final artwork for printing and digital distribution.
• Maintain and update design templates, image assets, and project files.
• Assist in creative brainstorming for brand development and marketing campaigns.

Requirements

• Proficient in graphic design tools such as Canva, Figma, and preferably Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

• Strong understanding of layout design, typography, colour theory, and visual composition.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members across departments.

• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to translate ideas into clean, professional, and visually appealing designs.

• Bonus: Familiarity with video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve; motion graphics experience is an added advantage.
