Role Overview:

A core design role supporting design development, concept refinement, and visualization.
You will assist in translating design intent into coordinated drawings while integrating technical and statutoryrequirements.

Responsibilities:

Able to undertake assigned projects and coordinate on all design matters.

To communicate effectively with consultants and sub-contractors on site matters.

Design development

To work closely with the in-house design team to realize concept designs in a 3D format, enabling to visualize the finished product.

Conceptualize concept and schematic designs.

Assist with the integration of technical information and statutory requirements into design and production drawings, including assisting in the preparation of drawings for planning and building control approval, tender, and construction purposes.

Requirement:

Recognized degree by the Singapore Board of Architects.

A proactive and conscientious player

Highly motivated, proactive, independent as well as a good team player.

Skills in Autocad, Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp up, and Revit.

Min 3 years of relevant working experience
