Qualifications:

• Degree in Interior Design or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience.
• Possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage and manage various stakeholders.
• Resourceful and has excellent planning and time management skills.
• Proactive and detail oriented.
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
• Required to go on-site occasionally.
• Experience in retail shop design and layout is highly preferred.

Requirements:

• Ensures drawings comply to authorities requirements.
• Controls and manages issuances of changes and documents to ensure consistent quality.
• Contribute to the Organization operational and management system.
• Responsible for the overall planning, implementation and completion of projects within specified cost, time and quality.
• Always maintains compliance with the relevant regulatory and legislative requirements.
• Plays an active role in contributing to the organisation's continuous improvement initiatives.
• To conduct technical meetings with the Client, Consultants and Contractor for on-site issues and progress.
