Job Responsibilities:

  • Design & Artwork Preparation:
    Create, modify, and prepare print-ready artwork for labels and packaging in Adobe Illustrator.
    Ensure all designs comply with printing requirements such as bleed, color mode (CMYK), and resolution standards.
  • Production Coordination:
    Work closely with the production floor team to ensure design feasibility and smooth printing workflow.
    Review print samples and conduct necessary adjustments to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Customer Communication:
    Liaise with customers and the sales team to understand artwork requirements, brand guidelines, and design expectations.
    Revise and finalize artwork according to customer feedback and internal timelines.
  • Quality Assurance & Deadlines:
    Ensure all artwork files are double-checked before sending to print.
    Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines under pressure.
  • Team Collaboration & Learning:
    Work collaboratively with other designers, sales, and production staff.
    Take initiative to learn and adapt when facing new or unfamiliar tasks without constant supervision.
  • File Management & Documentation:
    Maintain organized digital file archives for easy retrieval.
    Follow internal naming conventions and data management practices.

Requirements:

  • Education:
    Diploma or equivalent in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
  • Software Skills:
    Proficient in Adobe Illustrator (mandatory).
    Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and PDF editing software preferred.
  • Experience:
    Minimum 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in printing, packaging, or label production industries.
    Fresh graduates with strong portfolios are also welcome to apply.
  • Language Skills:
    Able to communicate in basic English and Chinese (to liaise with Chinese-speaking clients and production staff).
  • Work Attitude & Personality:
    Detail-oriented, responsible, and committed to meeting deadlines.
    Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
    Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
    Strong sense of teamwork and accountability.
