The Role :

We are seeking a skilled and motivated BIM Designer specializing in Low Current Systems to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating detailed, accurate and coordinated 3D models and construction drawings for all ELV systems. You will work closely with our project managers, engineers, and other trades to ensure seamless integration and clash-free designs.

Key Responsibilities :

-Develop and detail 3D BIM models for Low Current (ELV) systems using Autodesk Revit.

-Create comprehensive drawing sets, including floor plans, riser diagrams, schematics and details.

-Coordinate ELV systems with architectural , structural, and other MEP services to identify and resolve clashes.

-Model and detail a range of ELV systems, including but not limited to :

.Structured Cabling Systems (SCS)

.Data Network & Wi-Fi

. Telecommunications (Phone, VOIP)

.Public Address (PA) & Voice Evacuation

.CCTV & Access Control Systems

.Intrusion Detection Systems

.Audio-Visual (AV) Systems

.Building Management Systems (BMS)/ BAS

.Extract and prepare schedules, quantites, and sheets for construction documentation.

.Assist in maintaining the company's Revit family library and BIM standards

.Participate in coordination and project meetings
