WILD Group is a record label, management company, and creative agency representing artists and talent from across the globe.

We're looking for a talented Creative Designer (Graphic & Video) to join our growing team in Singapore!

You'll be part of our in-house creative team, supporting both WILD's internal projects and branded client campaigns.

This role blends graphic design, video editing, and content creation - perfect for someone who's visually creative, social-media savvy, and passionate about storytelling in the entertainment industry.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and create engaging visuals for digital platforms, including music launch assets, campaign visuals, and social media content.
• Shoot and edit video content (e.g., behind-the-scenes, event coverage, interviews, branded videos).
• Design and produce marketing materials, pitch decks, and presentation visuals for campaigns and partnerships.
• Collaborate with creative and account teams to deliver on-brand content for WILD and its clients.
• Participate in creative brainstorms and bring ideas to elevate WILD's visual storytelling.
• Ensure all creative assets align with brand guidelines and resonate with our target audiences.
• Assist on client shoots when needed (camera operation, lighting, or set support).

Requirements:

• Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Arts, Film Production, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Strong eye for design, composition, and motion.
• Basic videography experience (comfortable with cameras, framing, lighting).
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt across visual styles.
• Passion for entertainment, social media, and content creation.
