Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce high-quality floral creations: bouquets, hampers and stands
• Lead development of seasonal and new product collections, including concept creation, sourcing, costing, and rollout
• Oversee daily operations: condition stock, manage inventory, ensure cleanliness, and coordinate deliveries
• Plan and manage peak‑period workflows (Valentine's, Mother's Day, Christmas)
• Track budgets and cost margins, recommending efficiency improvements

Requirements

• 3+ years' floristry experience
• Strong leadership: able to train, delegate, and manage a small team
• Excellent botanical knowledge and design sense, with attention to trends and seasonality
