Job Responsibilities:

Ø Prepare mechanical and electrical AutoCAD drawings for design proposals, schematic/single-line drawings, site construction and as-built.

Ø Act as initial contact other departments, ensure the AutoCAD drawings are updated.

Ø Produce engineering drawings for dimensional accuracy, fit and conformity to drafting and design standards and specifications.

Ø Create visual guidelines for construction purposes.

Ø Excellent knowledge of design and visualisations software such as AutoCAD.

Ø Specify the details of the project through drawings and relevant materials.

Ø Develop a plan and specifications according to clients' need.

Ø Drawings of site plan, cad layouts, elevations and detailed drawings with material specifications and other design documentation.

Ø Create detailed interior design plans, drawings, and 3D renderings using computer-aided design (CAD) software or other design tools.

Ø Coordinate with quality surveyors to translate design into tangible costing for submission to client

Ø Meets with vendors, suppliers and contractors.

Ø Review interior needs with the QS and vendors to determine who can provide the best service.

Requirements:

Ø Supervise and distribute work to AutoCAD Drafter counterpart in Singapore.

Ø Organise, maintain and safekeeping of AutoCAD drawings

Ø Proficient in using CAD and AutoCAD software.

Ø Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.

Ø Knowledge of 3D and 2D modeling tools.

Ø Fresh graduate (ITE Diploma) preferable.

Ø Must have at least three to three years QS and M&E drafting experience in Singapore

Ø Good time management skills to work on deadlines.

Ø Singaporean or PR preferable

Ø Performs necessary drafting work for projects
