Responsibilities

• Managing end-to-end design and innovation engagements (discovery, creation of working prototypes and proof of concepts)
• Lead research, strategic framing, and hands-on prototype building
• Offering leadership, strategies and support to product teams
• Infuse emerging technologies to public sector use cases by facilitating between agencies and industry partners
• Writing the innovation playbook by combining methodologies, tools, templates and case studies
• Coach and advocate of user-centered innovation practices

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in design, innovation consultancy, UX or UX engineering or creative technology
• Able to lead projects in complex, multi-stakeholder environments, working with and managing team members across disciplines
• Able to leverage a variety of research, design methods and prototyping tools to validate ideas
• Able to navigate ambiguity
• Able to balance between user, technical, and operational needs
• Able to clearly communicate risks and practical considerations
• Experience in mentoring and fostering curiosity, learning, and systems thinking
• A strong communicator and storyteller who can build trust quickly and bring people together
