Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Interior Designer to lead and execute interior design projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will bring a strong design sensibility, leadership experience, and a deep understanding of materials, spatial planning, and client management. You will work closely with clients, consultants, and project teams to deliver innovative, functional, and aesthetically pleasing interior environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design Leadership
  Lead the creative development of design concepts, mood boards, and presentations.
  Translate client requirements into cohesive design solutions that align with project goals and budgets.
  Oversee and guide junior designers throughout the design process.
• Project Management
  Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from conceptualization through construction.
  Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and material selections.
  Liaise with consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure design intent is maintained during execution.
  Monitor project schedules, budgets, and progress to ensure timely and successful completion.
• Client Relations
  Conduct design presentations and maintain strong communication with clients throughout each project phase.
  Provide professional advice on space planning, material selection, and interior detailing.
  Ensure all designs meet functional, aesthetic, and compliance requirements.
• Team Collaboration
  Mentor and develop junior team members, providing feedback and design direction.
  Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other consultants to ensure coordination and integration of design solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in interior design, preferably in residential, commercial sectors.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, technical proficiency, and project experience.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, construction methods, and detailing.
• Ability to lead projects independently with minimal supervision.
