The Role

We are seeking a skilled Interior Detailer / Coordinator to join our Singapore Interiors team. This role is central to translating design concepts into refined, buildable details - producing comprehensive drawing sets, coordinating with consultants and suppliers, and ensuring design integrity throughout every stage of delivery.

You will work on high-end hospitality and residential projects, contributing to interiors that reflect SCDA's timeless aesthetic - defined by craftsmanship, proportion, and materiality.

Responsibilities

• Develop and produce detailed drawings for interior design projects, including joinery, finishes, and specifications.
• Coordinate between design, architecture, and M&E disciplines to ensure seamless technical integration.
• Prepare tender and construction documentation with a strong focus on precision and buildability.
• Liaise with suppliers and contractors to review shop drawings, material samples, and fabrication details.
• Ensure all drawings and documentation uphold SCDA's design standards and aesthetic consistency.
• Support the team in on-site coordination and review during implementation.

Requirements

• Degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
• Minimum 2-3 years' experience in interior design, architecture, or construction firms.
• Proven experience in luxury hospitality and/or residential projects, with completion records preferred.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit.
• Excellent understanding of interior detailing, materials, and specifications.
• Strong aesthetic sensibility and the ability to translate design intent into precise technical details.
