Job Scope:

- Meet with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget

- Develop design concepts, mood boards, and layout plans

- Produce detailed drawings, 3D renderings, and material specifications

- Source materials, furniture, finishes, and fittings

- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project teams

- Ensure project is delivered within timeline and budget

- Conduct site visits and supervise project execution

- Stay updated with industry trends and design innovations

- Prepare and present design proposals to clients

- Amend designs according to feedback and ensure client satisfaction

Required Skills & Competencies:

- Strong design sense and creativity

- Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Photoshop, etc.)

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Good time management and organization

- Knowledge of materials, color theory, lighting, and space planning

- Experience in residential and/or commercial design is a plus
