Role Summary

We are looking for a passionate and creative Florist to join our team. The florist will be responsible for designing, preparing, and arranging fresh flower bouquets, floral displays, and decorations while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and create floral arrangements (bouquets, centerpieces, event decorations, etc.).
• Care for, condition, and maintain freshness of flowers and plants.
• Assist customers with floral selection and provide friendly, helpful service.
• Ensure the shop is well-presented, clean, and stocked.
• Handle wrapping, packaging, and delivery coordination of floral products.
• Manage floral supplies and report stock levels when replenishment is required.
• Support team members during peak seasons, weddings, and festive events.
