Job Title: Florist (Specialising in Orchids & Bouquets)

About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and creative Florist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the store's day-to-day operations, creating beautiful floral arrangements (with a focus on orchids and bouquets), and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and prepare floral arrangements, bouquets, and orchid displays to meet customer needs and special occasions.
• Assist with daily store operations, including sales, inventory, and maintaining a welcoming shop environment.
• Provide friendly and professional service to customers, offering guidance on flower care and arrangement choices.
• Handle transactions, manage stock, and ensure products are fresh and presented attractively.
• Support store promotions and events related to floral sales.

Requirements:

• Experience in floral design, particularly orchids and bouquets, is preferred.
• Sociable, approachable, and customer-oriented personality.
• Strong communication skills in both English and Chinese (spoken and written).
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for flowers.

Location: East Coast
Working Hours: 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM
Salary: $2,200 per month
