Job Description

XOXO & Co. is looking for a Part-Time Wedding Florist / Event Stylist to support our growing team. This is a flexible role, suitable for those passionate about flowers, styling, and events but prefer flexible hours. You will be involved in bringing weddings and events to life - from floral arrangements to décor setups.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in designing and creating floral arrangements for weddings and events.
• Support in styling event spaces (ceremonies, receptions, corporate events).
• Work with the team to execute décor themes.
• Help with logistics, packing, setup, and teardown after events.
• Maintain flowers and décor items to ensure high presentation standards.

Requirements:

• Some experience in floristry or event styling preferred (training provided for suitable candidates).
• Good sense of design, color coordination, and attention to detail.
• Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on setup work.
• Responsible, team player, and able to work independently when needed.
• Availability mainly on Wednesdays to Sunday (event days) - hours will vary based on project needs.
• Possession of Class 3/3A license is a plus.

Salary & Benefits:

• $10 - $15/hour (depending on experience).
