Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- Able to do Space Planning, Design Conceptualization, Materials and Colour Scheme Specifications to clients
- Consider materials, effects and costs, liaise with clients, contractors and vendors to complete projects effectively.
- Tracks and coordinates project progress from inception to completion
Requirements:
- Certification/Diploma in Interior Design
- Must able to work independently
- At least 5 years experience in commercial office interior renovation
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin so as to liaise with both English and Chinese speaking associates
- Knowledge of Interior Design Software - Google Sketch-up
- Possess portfolio of educational institution spaces related design works
