Responsibilities

• Design and develop residential properties in Singapore from concept to completion.
• Prepare construction and tender drawings following URA guidelines.
• Create layouts, architectural concepts, and design solutions for clients.
• Use AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop for 2D/3D drawings and presentations.
• Choose materials, colors, and finishes, and coordinate with project teams to ensure quality and timely.

Requirements

• Candidate with 1 year experience in designing landed properties/houses in Singapore are welcome to apply.
