Role Overview

We are looking for a Graphic Designer who is passionate about design, social media, and storytelling through visuals. This role involves creating engaging graphics, managing social media postings, supporting photo and video content creation, and leveraging AI tools for image and video generation. You will work closely with the marketing and communications team to produce content that educates, engages, and inspires our audience.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design & Content Creation

• Design marketing collaterals including posters, banners, social media graphics, infographics, and digital ads.
• Ensure brand consistency across all visual outputs.
• Support the development of presentation decks and course-related materials

Social Media & Digital Marketing Support

• Design and schedule social media posts across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube).
• Assist with creating content calendars and aligning visuals with campaigns.
• Monitor performance and suggest creative improvements for engagement.

Photography, Videography & AI

• Assist in photo-taking during training sessions, events, and promotional shoots.
• Support filming and simple video editing for social media and marketing campaigns.
• Utilize AI tools (e.g., MidJourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway, Sora, etc.) to generate creative images and videos for campaigns.
• Maintain and organize digital assets (photos, videos, design files, AI-generated content).

Collaboration & Support

• Work closely with the Corporate Communications and Marketing team.
• Support in brainstorming creative ideas for campaigns and new initiatives.
• Provide ad-hoc design support as required.

Requirements

• Diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro/After Effects).
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
• Photography and videography skills (shooting & basic editing).
• Familiarity with AI image/video generation tools (e.g., MidJourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway, Sora, or similar).
• Creative thinker with attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Good to Have

• Experience in motion graphics and animation.
• Familiarity with Canva, Figma, or other design tools.
