Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM
  Salary Range: S$4,000 - S$6,000 (depending on experience and skills)

We are a fast-growing smart lighting and interior solutions company with over 12 years of experience in Singapore, specializing in innovative lighting design, integrated systems, and premium project execution.
We are looking for a highly creative, independent, and versatile Senior Graphic Designer to join our team. You will be responsible for full-cycle project ownership, from concept creation to final delivery, including digital design, marketing materials, video production, and animations that elevate our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Product & Online Store Management

• Manage and update product listings, images, and descriptions across online platforms.
• Ensure visually compelling and accurate product presentations to improve customer experience.

2. Advanced Creative Design

• Design high-quality marketing materials including posters, banners, flyers, packaging, and online advertisements.
• Create digital marketing assets tailored for social media, websites, and advertising campaigns.
• Independently manage projects from concept development to final execution.

3. Product Catalogue & Branding

• Design and update professional product catalogues and company profiles.
• Develop a consistent visual identity to enhance brand positioning.

4. Photography, Videography & Project Documentation

• Capture high-resolution product photos and project images.
• Plan, shoot, and produce full-scale project videos to showcase installations and completed works.
• Edit engaging promotional videos highlighting project features and success stories.

5. Animation & Motion Graphics

• Create 2D/3D animations, interactive visuals, and motion graphics for digital marketing.
• Produce animated explainer videos and dynamic product showcase videos.

6. Independent Project Ownership

• Take full responsibility for design projects from start to finish with minimal supervision.
• Manage multiple deadlines and collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders.

7. Brand Image & Marketing Strategy

• Ensure all creative output aligns with the company's branding and market positioning.
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop innovative visual strategies that strengthen brand identity.

Requirements

• Education & Experience:
  Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Arts, or related fields.
• Technical Skills:
  Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) or equivalent tools.
  Experience with UI/UX design and creating digital marketing materials is a plus.
• Videography & Animation Skills:
  Skilled in shooting, editing, and producing professional videos.
  Able to create motion graphics, 2D/3D animations, and dynamic promotional visuals.
• Independent & Responsible:
  Highly self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on tight deadlines.
• Communication & Collaboration:
  Strong communication skills with the ability to understand business needs and translate them into creative designs.
