Graphic Designer

Position Overview
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. Reporting to the Business Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and maintaining our brand identity through compelling visuals across digital, print, and social media platforms. You will work closely with the sales team to develop designs that engage our audience, support marketing campaigns, and enhance our market presence.

What You'll Do

• Brand Identity: Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity across all communication channels.
• Design Creation: Produce high-quality graphics for digital and print media, including advertisements, brochures, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Website Management: Manage and update the company website, ensuring design consistency and an engaging user experience.
• Digital Content: Design engaging visuals for social media, websites, and online campaigns to boost customer interaction.
• Print Media: Oversee the design and production of print materials, ensuring accuracy, quality, and brand alignment.
• Video Content: Assist with the creation of short-form video content (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram) to enhance brand storytelling.

What We're Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in graphic design (experience in marketing or advertising is a plus).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with web design tools preferred.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creativity, originality, and a range of design skills (including video work).
• Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently, with attention to detail and tight deadlines.
