Qualification
Music Merchandise Sales Assistant focus on online and tour merchandise sales of international artists .
- managing the merchandise booth and online stores ;
- Negotiating with band managers and promoters etc ;
- Projecting and managing inventory and shipping;
- Handling customer inquiries and concerns;
- Hiring and managing part-time sales staff;
- Market information collection and marketing campaigns;
- Other sales related tasks
Qualification
- Excellent on Word /Excel/Power Point/Email due to working requirement ;
- Excellent in English due to working requirement ;
- Retail or fashion background is an advantage ;
- Good communication skills and outgoing personality ;
- Excellent attention to detail;
- Teamwork and flexibility: during tour , need adjust your working time to fit with shows .
