We're seeking a talented and experienced Interior Designer to join our team, with a focus on commercial and workplace projects, including hotels and retail spaces. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their design expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop interior spaces for commercial and workplace projects, including hotels, retail spaces, and offices
• Create visually stunning and functional designs that meet client requirements and exceed expectations
• Develop and present design concepts, including 2D and 3D visualizations, to clients and stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure seamless project execution
• Conduct site visits and surveys to inform design decisions and ensure compliance with project requirements
• Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery
• Engage with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and expectations, and provide design solutions that meet their goals
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve design quality and innovation

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial and workplace interior design, with a focus on hotels and retail spaces
• Proficient in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp) and Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, InDesign)
• Excellent presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to effectively communicate design concepts and ideas
• Strong client engagement and relationship-building skills, with the ability to understand client needs and preferences
• Portfolio showcasing design expertise and experience in commercial and workplace projects
• Strong attention to detail, with excellent organizational and time management skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience with BIM software (e.g., Revit) and 3D visualization tools (e.g., V-Ray, Lumion)
• Knowledge of sustainable design principles and practices
• Certification in interior design (e.g., NCIDQ, ASID)
