Position Title: Head of Florist

Working Day: 5day work week
Working Hours: 9am-6pm
Salary: $4,300-$5,000

Job Description:
• Assist in overseeing daily floral operations and team management
• Create and execute innovative floral designs for various occasions and events
• Collaborate with the Head Florist to develop new product lines and seasonal collections
• Ensure high-quality standards are maintained in all floral arrangements and customer interactions

Job Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in professional floristry
• Strong knowledge of flower varieties, care techniques, and current floral design trends
• Proficiency in visual merchandising and retail operations
