Architechure Designer

• Work closely with a team of BIM Modellers in the design and coordination works
• Responsible for preparing construction drawings including shop drawings submissions and approvals.
• Supervise work progress on site, and liaise closely with consultants, sub-contractors and operation team
• Involved in tendering work

The Requirements

• Degree in Architecture with minimum 3 years' relevant experience with a main construction firm
• Be able to read and understand construction drawings
• Has project experience in buildings / hotels
• Be meticulous, highly motivated and independent with excellent team spirit and interpersonal skills
