Your role :

Are you a designer with a track record of designing meaningful experiences for large scale and complex businesses? Do you enjoy deeply understanding user and business needs, rapidly iterating concepts with users, and then implementing them with technology partners? Do you want to play a key role in transforming our firm into an AI powered and client centric organization?

We're looking for an Experience designer to:

• drive the Front to Back Digital Transformation agenda of the Wealth Management (WM) division by deeply understanding the jobs-to-be-done and motivations of WM Clients, Client Advisors and Operations colleagues

• facilitate co-creation sessions and work closely with product, markets and business SMEs to understand business needs, identify opportunities and use design to drive desired business outcomes

• transform existing journeys and processes by designing for AI and Agentic AI powered experiences

• rapidly test and learn with users and iterate either in design space or in proeduction

• work closely with engineers to deploy quality solutions in production at scale and execute design work with a high level of polish

Your team :

Working in the Insights & Experience team within GWM S&I COO Front To Back Digitalization in Hong Kong, Singapore or Zurich, you will collaborate with a talented team of designers, client insights experts, and stakeholders across functions, regions and seniority levels. You and your team are responsible to deliver meaningful business value by caring about our users, iterating relentlessly and implementing AI powered journeys.

Your expertise :

• 3+ years of experience in crafting journeys, storyboards, wireframes, and prototypes that bring an experience to life quickly and iteratively

• proven track record of using design methods to understand users' jobs-to-be done and working with business stakeholders and engineers to create solutions to these problems

• expertise in core design skills including the creation of intuitive journey maps, service blueprints, design concepts that solve design challenges

• expertise in Figma with experience or interest in adjacent tools such as designing for AI experiences, conversion analytics, or data visualization.

• strong communication skills, both in team collaboration and written documentation

• ability to think creatively while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
