Responsibilities:
• Campaign Development & Execution: Conceptualize, design, and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital advertising (e.g. Linkedin ads), social media content, website content updates, email marketing and print materials (e.g. brochures, flyers, label design, catalogue). All work must adhere to established brand guidelines.
• Social Media Management: Manage our social media presence, creating and managing a content calendar, scheduling posts and engaging with followers. This includes monitoring performance, tracking leads and producing quarterly performance reports.
• Content Creation: Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging content for various marketing collaterals, including brochures, social media posts and website updates. Proficiency in graphic design and video creation is essential.
• Website Maintenance: Maintain and update website content.
• Manage the product library efficiently .
• Provide quarterly reports on marketing activities, including the monitoring and analysis of social media performance metrics and lead tracking for sales and marketing teams
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and effective campaign execution.
• Ad Hoc Projects: Undertake other tasks and projects as assigned by the company.
Qualifications:
• Diploma in Graphic Design, Marketing or a related design field.
• At least 1 year of work experience in a marketing/design role.
• Proficiency in Adobe Suites (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (Mandatory), Canva and CapCut.
• Excellent graphic design and video creation skills.
• Able to conceptualise idea and do mockup.
• Analytical skills and the ability to interpret data.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
