Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end development of merchandise - from concept design to production, quality control, and distribution.
- Partner with designers, vendors, and suppliers to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Develop and manage content strategies to support campaigns, product launches, and partnerships.
- Build and oversee content calendars across digital platforms (social, website, email).
- Craft and edit content that aligns with brand tone and engages target audiences.
- Monitor market and cultural trends to inspire creative direction.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and partnership teams.
- Analyse merchandise and content performance, providing insights for improvement.
What We're Looking For
- 3-5 years of experience in merchandising, content marketing, or related fields.
- Strong project management and creative execution skills.
- Excellent communication and editorial sensibility.
- Knowledge of merchandise production, creative tools, and content platforms.
- Passionate about creativity, design, and engaging audiences.
