Job Description
Job Requirements
- Working closely with design team in concept and design development.
- Responsible to select and prepare FF&E presentation of materials and finishes.
- To coordinate with design team in developing furniture layout, perspectives and 2D/3D renderings.
- Worked closely with Design teams to ensure designs are in accordance with contractual and client's agreement.
- Ensure that project assignments are completed within the given deadline.
- To prepare full sets of FF&E specifications and documentations for tender & construction drawings.
- Review of shop drawings from suppliers and contractors.
- Attends site meetings and site/factory inspection to review materials and furniture.
- Flexibility in handling multiple projects.
Job Requirements
- Degree/ Diploma in Architectural or Interior Design or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 years of relevant experience in FF&E especially in hospitality industry is a MUST.
- Creativity and artistic flair.
- Experienced in handling projects in all design phases. Knowledge of site work and progress will be advantage.
- Good understanding of design (composition, planning, materials, details, furniture and fixtures).
- Good knowledge of drawing preparation and CAD standard, strong organizational skill and attentive to detail.
- Must be meticulous, a good team player and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and perform in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, 3D Max and sketchup will be a plus.
- Preferably bilingual in English and Mandarin as interaction with the Chinese clients are expected.
