Senior Designer

Location: Kallang

Responsibilities:

• Lead concept development and spatial design for interior and/or FF&E projects.
• Translate design intent into drawings, sketches, and detailed documentation.
• Execute space planning and furniture layouts for luxury hospitality projects.
• Collaborate with team members to develop immersive design narratives.
• Prepare mood boards, material palettes, and visual presentations.
• Oversee design development from concept to construction detailing.
• Coordinate with consultants and suppliers to align with design vision.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality, timeline, and client expectations.

Requirements:

• Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, and PowerPoint.
• Strong design sensibility with attention to detail and clear communication skills.
• Experience in FF&E selection, sourcing, and specification for luxury interiors.
• High-end or 5-star luxury hotel, resort, or F&B interior design projects.
