Position: Interior Designer (Full-Time)

Company Industry Focus:
Our firm primarily undertakes commercial interior design projects, with approximately 80% of our portfolio consisting of office and food & beverage (F&B) spaces, and the remaining 20% comprising residential works.

We are currently seeking a dedicated, responsible, and technically proficient Interior Designer to join our team.

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary Options:

• Commission-based: SGD 3,000 - SGD 6,000 and above
• Fixed salary: SGD 3,000 - SGD 5,000
  (Salary package will be determined based on experience and the selected remuneration model.)

Eligibility Criteria:

• Open to Singapore Citizens, Permanent Residents, or Malaysian nationals only
• Minimum of three (3) years of interior design experience in Singapore

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet with and follow up with clients to understand their design and renovation requirements
• Interpret project briefs or tender documents and translate them into workable design solutions
• Develop and present creative design concepts and proposals
• Prepare detailed cost estimates and quotations for client approval
• Draft construction drawings and produce 3D visuals/models for projects
• Conduct on-site measurements, surveys, and site visits when required
• Apply knowledge of materials, finishes, and construction techniques to ensure feasibility and quality of designs

Required Skills:

• Proficient in AutoCAD, 3D modeling software (such as 3ds Max with V-Ray or SketchUp)
• Skilled in Adobe Photoshop and/or Illustrator
• Competent in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Language Requirement:

• Must be able to communicate fluently in both English and Mandarin, in order to liaise effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients

Remuneration:
Candidates may choose between a fixed salary structure or a basic salary supplemented with high project-based commission. Final terms will be discussed based on the candidate's experience and project involvement.
