Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding service by addressing customer inquiries and ensuring smooth, accurate transactions during the sales process.
  • Assist with outbound calls to motivate customers to renew their personal insurance policies, aiming to meet retention goals.
  • Work closely with teams such as Underwriting, Claims, and Finance to help achieve company objectives and uphold service standards.
  • Prepare and organize monthly reports and account summaries.
  • Drive individual and team performance to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Contribute to service and process improvements, ensuring smooth operations while maintaining business standards and compliance.
  • Support the team with additional tasks as needed.
