Job Opportunity: Senior/Patient Service Associate (1-Year Contract, Convertible to Permanent)

Location: Hospital, Outram Park
Salary: $2,000 - $3,000 (based on last drawn)

Available Roles & Working Hours:

1. Specialist Outpatient Clinics (SOC)

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, staggered office hours with 5.15 days per week (half Saturday shift every 4 weeks)

2. Diagnostic Radiology (DDR)

• Schedule: 2 shifts, including weekends and public holidays; rostered for any 5 days of the week.
• Shift Timings: Staggered office hours or 12 PM - 9 PM

3. Patient Financial Services (PFS)

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, staggered office hours with 5.15 days per week (half Saturday shift every 4 weeks)

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform frontline duties including patient registration, appointment scheduling, and handling inquiries.
• Facilitate patient flow within assigned departments, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
• Support billing and financial advisory services for patients.
• Maintain accurate and organized patient records and documentation.
• Deliver quality service and provide information to patients and visitors in a friendly manner.
• Handle any additional tasks as required to support clinic or department operations.
